This month the Challenge of Daring Bakers was to prepare a Swiss Swirl Ice Cream Cake.
In this time of the year, here in South of Brazil is a little cold to ice cream, but this goodie is delicious all over the year and the result was amazing!
And it’s very beautiful too! My sister said that I should’ve done a month ago while the World’s Cup, because it looks like a soccer ball!
I just loved the challenge, because it has a lot of steps, and I could improve my culinary skills.
I followed the recipe as it was, but I’ve already seen some pictures of other daring bakers and there are a lot of good ideas, such colorful cakes! It’s great to see people from all over the world using their imagination!
